In the summer of 2022, we revived the Oaksey Village Fete, and it feels as though it is gathering momentum!
For an afternoon, friends, neighbours, children, parents, grandparents and their dogs gather on the Playing Fields to play traditional village green games. We have burgers and beer, pimms and pizza, plant stalls, bottle stalls, a tombola and a raffle with generously donated prizes.
And, loved by all, there are dog competitions causing mayhem, a display of vehicles and tractors over the years, and some fantastic local artists providing live entertainment.
On Saturday 28th June between 2pm and 5pm, we will be doing it all again. Whatever the weather!
